Coaches & Courses Edition Terms
Version 2026-09-16-v1 · Effective date: September 17, 2026
These Terms apply to academies that activate the Coaches & Courses edition of BroadcastPilot, operated by Inoavation LLC. They add to the general Terms of Service.
1. Who and what
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Coaches & Courses edition ("the Edition") of BroadcastPilot, provided by Inoavation LLC ("BroadcastPilot", "we").
1.2. "You" or "the Academy" is the person or company that holds the account and activates the Edition. Whoever accepts these Terms represents that they are authorised to bind the Academy.
1.3. A "Learner" is each person the Academy enrols to listen to its content. "Content" is everything the Academy uploads, writes, records, approves or authorises to be generated: audio, text, scripts, titles, music, voices and images.
1.4. These Terms add to BroadcastPilot's general Terms of Service. Where they conflict on a matter specific to the Edition, these Terms prevail.
2. What the Edition does
2.1. The Edition lets the Academy organise its teaching into courses and lessons and deliver them to each Learner as a private station that starts when the Learner connects.
2.2. Some features can generate content with artificial intelligence, such as summaries, capsules or synthetic-voice narration. They are switched on only by the Academy's decision, and generated content is the Academy's Content once the Academy approves it or allows it to be published.
2.3. BroadcastPilot may change, improve or withdraw features of the Edition. If a withdrawal materially affects what the Academy signed up for, we will give at least 30 days' notice, unless the law or security prevents it.
3. Responsibility for Content
3.1. The Academy is solely responsible for its Content: its accuracy, its lawfulness and its effects on Learners.
3.2. BroadcastPilot does not review or approve Content before it is published, beyond any automated checks the platform applies. Those checks do not relieve the Academy of its responsibility.
3.3. The Academy will not publish Content that:
- a) infringes third parties' copyright, trademarks, image or voice;
- b) is defamatory, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or aimed at minors without the legal safeguards;
- c) incites illegal activity or activity dangerous to health;
- d) presents unfounded medical, financial or legal claims as facts;
- e) impersonates another person or company.
4. Rights in what is uploaded
4.1. The Academy represents and warrants that it owns, or holds a sufficient licence to, all rights in its Content, including recordings, music, texts and sources, and the voices and images of the people who appear in it.
4.2. Music: the Academy will only use music it is licensed to use in this way (internet delivery to its Learners). Owning a record or a personal music-service subscription does not grant that licence. Music the platform offers as an authorised catalogue is governed by its own conditions.
4.3. Licence to BroadcastPilot: the Academy keeps ownership of its Content. It grants BroadcastPilot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to what is needed to provide the Edition: to store, process, convert and transcribe the Content, to generate derivatives the Academy authorises, and to deliver the Content to its Learners. The licence ends when the Content is deleted, except for backups, which are removed in their normal cycle.
4.4. BroadcastPilot will not use the Academy's Content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without the Academy's express, separate authorisation.
5. Voices and artificial intelligence
5.1. The Academy may clone or imitate a person's voice only with that person's express, informed, written consent for that use, and must be able to show it on request.
5.2. The Academy will not use synthetic voices to make Learners believe a real person said something they did not say.
5.3. AI-generated content may contain errors. The Academy is responsible for reviewing it before approving it, especially in the regulated categories of section 6.
5.4. Where the law requires it, the Academy will tell its Learners that part of the content was generated or narrated with artificial intelligence.
6. Regulated categories
6.1. If the Academy teaches health and wellness, finance or legal matters, in addition to the above: a) its Content is educational and general; it does not replace consulting a licensed professional, and the Academy will say so to its Learners; b) it will not give diagnoses, treatments, investment recommendations or personalised legal advice unless the person giving them holds the licence required where the Learner is; c) it will not promise guaranteed results (a cure, earnings, winning a case); d) it accepts the additional controls the platform applies to those categories.
6.2. Moving a regulated Academy to a non-regulated category requires BroadcastPilot's approval.
7. Learners and their data
7.1. The Academy will enrol only people who know about and agree to receive its teaching through the platform. BroadcastPilot sends no invitations on its behalf: the Academy gives each Learner their access code through its own channels.
7.2. Roles: for its Learners' data, the Academy is the controller (it decides what data is collected and why) and BroadcastPilot is the processor that handles it on the Academy's behalf to provide the Edition.
7.3. The Academy will: a) collect only the data it needs; b) tell its Learners how it is used; c) handle their requests for access, correction, export and deletion, for which the platform provides tools; d) not upload special-category data (health, origin, beliefs) unless the law allows it and the Learner has consented.
7.4. BroadcastPilot will: a) process that data only to provide the Edition and on the Academy's instructions; b) apply reasonable security measures, including isolating each Academy's data; c) not sell it; d) notify the Academy without undue delay if it detects an incident affecting it.
7.5. What the platform records about listening (which lesson was delivered, and when it was finished) is used so the Learner receives their teaching in order and so the Academy can see statistics about its use.
7.6. If the Academy teaches minors, it warrants that it has the authorisation of their parents or guardians and that its Content is suitable for them.
8. Learner access
8.1. The Academy decides who has access, to which courses and for how long. BroadcastPilot applies those decisions.
8.2. If the Academy sells access to its courses through its own channels, the commercial relationship with the Learner (price, refunds, invoicing) is solely between them.
9. Complaints and removal
9.1. Anyone who believes Content infringes their rights may write to support@broadcastpilot.com, saying which content it is and why.
9.2. After a well-founded complaint, BroadcastPilot may remove or suspend that Content, will notify the Academy and will give it a chance to respond. Where the law or the risk requires it, removal may happen before notice.
9.3. BroadcastPilot may suspend the Edition for an Academy that breaches these Terms seriously or repeatedly.
10. Indemnity
10.1. The Academy will indemnify BroadcastPilot against third-party claims, including claims by Learners, arising from its Content, its instructions or its breach of these Terms, including reasonable defence costs.
11. Leaving and export
11.1. The Academy may deactivate the Edition at any time.
11.2. On deactivation, its Content and its Learners' data are kept for 30 days so it can export them, unless it asks for earlier deletion. After that period they are deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
12. Warranties and liability
12.1. The Edition is provided "as is". BroadcastPilot works to keep it running continuously but does not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.
12.2. To the extent the law allows, BroadcastPilot's liability is governed by section 11 of its general Terms of Service (no indirect damages; at most the amounts paid in the preceding twelve months). BroadcastPilot is not responsible for the Academy's Content or for decisions Learners make based on it.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1. If we change these Terms, the platform will ask the Academy to accept the new version. Until it does, some features of the Edition may be paused. The platform records which version each Academy accepted, when, and by whom.
14. Governing law
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the parties submit to their jurisdiction, unless a consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
14.2. Language: these Terms are offered in Spanish and English. If they differ, the English version prevails.
